Falling Away..

Can you say it and mean it from the bottom of your heart?
Can you take it and never let us fall apart?
Or did you fake it all from the start?

My eyes are bleeding for I don't know the answer.
I get burned when I look but there is no drop of liquid,
I can feel deep within that there is something you're trying to conceal.

That hard layer over my heart you cannot peel.
Because I'm not going to let you get close enough to help me heal.

I don't need it that much just let the pain

begin to kill.
